Obituary of Jeffery Taylor Bush

Obituary Jeffrey Taylor Bush, 61, of 2761 Old No#4 Rd.in Cherokee, NC passed away unexpectedly following a period of declining health. His loving wife was at his side. Jeff was born to the late Jewel Taylor Bush and Florence C. Bush in Fair Banks, Alaska. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army having served for four years. Before becoming disabled Jeff was a Gaming Technician and worked for Harrah's Cherokee Casino. He was a loving husband to his wife Debra (George) Bush of Cherokee. He also leaves behind children, Dell Reed of Cherokee, NC and Michael George of Cherokee, NC; a sister, Ruby Bush Baggett and a niece Celia Anne "Taylor" Clark. A private graveside will be held by the immediate family where military honors will be rendered by the American Legion, Steve Youngdeer Post #143 of Cherokee, NC on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 1PM in the Manley George Cemetery in Cherokee. Pall Bearers will be among community friends. Long House Funeral Home assisted the family in this difficult time.
